The different sections each with 4-6 articles or interviews include Yoga Postures, Eating the Yoga Way, Devotion(Bhakti Yoga), Meditation(Raj Yoga), Work(Karma Yoga), Inquiry(Jnana Yoga)

Audience: Readers interested in different types of Yoga as mentioned in Bhagavad Gita. It also has some excellent articles on Yoga asanas (the physical aspect of Yoga)

Given the fact that it is a set of articles, it is easy to read in parts. It also allows focusing on sections of interest.
